- Audit request forms, in addition to the above, we may collect your Google Ads account ID, monthly advertising budget and information about your account goals.
- Analytics data, if you accept cookies, we collect anonymised data about how you use this website via Google Analytics 4. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location. This data does not identify you personally.
- Email correspondence, if you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence.

How long we keep your data
- Enquiry form submissions, retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, whichever is sooner.
- Email correspondence, retained for up to 3 years for the purpose of maintaining a record of communications.
- Client working files, retained for up to 6 years after the end of an engagement, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.
- Analytics data, retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.
