Google Ads restructure, fix a failing account and rebuild on solid foundations.
A full analysis of your account's historical performance, what worked, what didn't, and why, followed by a complete Google Ads restructure that uses that data to minimise wasted spend and focus budget where it performs. If your Google Ads aren't working and you need to fix your Google Ads account, a PPC account restructure is the right starting point. Not starting from scratch. Starting from informed.

Two phases. Analysis first, then rebuild.
A restructure is more than a new account build, it uses your account's existing data to make every decision in the rebuild smarter. The analysis phase is what separates a restructure from starting again.
Historical analysis
Account rebuild
Restructure vs. new account build, what's the difference?
New account build
- Starting from scratch
- No historical data to learn from
- Research-led decisions
- £1,000 · up to 5 working days
Account restructure
- Built on existing account data
- Historical performance informs every decision
- Data-led decisions
- £1,500 · up to 10 working days
Analysis first. Rebuild second. Launch third.
The extra time compared to a new build is in the analysis phase, doing it properly takes longer, but it makes every subsequent decision sharper.
Analysis, plan and a rebuilt account.
Common questions.
Ideally at least 3–6 months of data, enough to identify meaningful patterns in search terms, device performance and conversion data. If your account is newer than that, a new account build may be more appropriate. Get in touch and I'll give you an honest assessment.
This is agreed during the briefing stage. In some cases well-performing campaigns are retained and improved rather than replaced. In others, a clean break makes more sense. The approach is determined by what the analysis shows, not a blanket policy.
The additional £500 covers the historical analysis phase, a thorough review of your account's data that takes significantly more time than starting from scratch. The value is that every decision in the rebuild is informed by what your account has already learned, rather than educated guesses.
No, the £1,500 is a one-off fee for the analysis and rebuild. Once relaunched, the account can be handed over to you or moved into ongoing management at £60/hr or £400/day. This is agreed at the outset.
The free audit is a good starting point if you're unsure whether a restructure is the right move. It'll give you a clear picture of what's wrong with the account and whether a full rebuild is warranted, or whether targeted changes are enough. Start with the audit and we'll take it from there.
